Twitch IRL champions everyday people by creating a platform for them to share their personal interests through live-streaming. People broadcast their real lives, including their weekends spent painting landscapes, their amateur comedy, or their budding skills as musicians. Currently on Twitch, gaming livestream remains the prominent form of content, and it’s because there’s no space for anything else. I saw an opportunity to invite creators of all kinds, outside of gaming, and create a safe space where people can share their interests globally.
